As of this point, it appears all power has been restored, the official cooling stations at both the New Kingstown Fire Company and Silver Spring Community Fire Company will cease at 13:30 however, during this heat wave we are currently experiencing please understand we are here to help. Roof Removal Training

Despite the gloomy weather and rain, Tuesday night training went off without a hitch. Crews trained on a roof removal, in somewhat of a confined area, knowing full well that we could have winched the other vehicle out of the way. Busy Friday!

At 10:51, Tanker 33 (with 2) responded to assist Shermans Dale with a mobile home fire. E33 (with 3) added on due to a working fire. Crews assisted with fire attack and overhaul. E33 was released from the scene and transferred to Shermans Dale's Firehouse. Tanker 33 used one load of water and was refilled at the fill site before returning. E33 cleared at 13:22. Morning Van Fire

Engine (4), Tanker, Traffic, Utility, and Chief 33 responded the Napa Building on Eleanor Dr Friday morning for a reported Van on Fire. Chief 33 arrived to confirm a working van fire with exposure to a second vehicle. E33 arrived and placed two handlines in service with the Tanker supplying the Engine. E31 assisted with manpower.
